J.Lo's New Netflix Rom-Com with Ted Lasso Star

We're so ready for Jennifer Lopez's return to romantic comedies! After some serious action and sci-fi turns with Netflix films like The Mother and Atlas, J.Lo is heading back to the genre that gave us classics like Maid in Manhattan.

Her new movie, officially titled Office Romance, pairs her with none other than Ted Lasso's Brett Goldstein. The film is set to debut on Netflix on June 5 and is described as a "raunchy romantic comedy" with "modern edgier humor." J.Lo plays CEO Jackie Cruz, and Goldstein is new employee Daniel Blanchflower, and they'll be navigating a secret office romance that’s bound to cause some trouble.

Director Ol Parker has teased that the movie "pushes the envelope slightly," and J.Lo herself said the script "felt instantly special, a new kind of romantic comedy that really speaks to the times." We also get to see Edward James Olmos reunite with J.Lo, playing her father, just as he did in Selena. The supporting cast is also stacked with talent like Betty Gilpin, Tony Hale, and Amy Sedaris. We're definitely marking our calendars for this one!
