Sunshine Girls
Why we love it ❤️
The horse girl, the influencer and the new girl as a friend group is already the best pitch we have heard this year. This is for everyone who still remembers how big freshman year feels, from the first crush to the first real fight with a best friend. Olivia trying to hold it together while everything at home is falling apart hits right in the chest. We want matching friendship bracelets and we want season two now.
What is Sunshine Girls about?
After her parents separate, Olivia, played by Alma Marian, starts at Valley High as the new girl. She quickly meets Taylor, a horse girl played by Isabella Fowler, and Riley, an influencer played by Erin Rose Park. The three become unlikely best friends through their freshman year. Family drama, first kisses and a few false starts give each of them a turn in the spotlight.
