What is A Tribe Called Love about?

In the Somali neighborhood of Toronto, teens Farah and Halima are drawn to each other despite their families' warnings about their different tribes. Their budding romance hits a wall when Farah's family moves to Vancouver, cutting their love story short. Years later, they find themselves back in Toronto, but those old cultural divides aren't far behind.
