What is Sunny Dancer about?
Ivy (Bella Ramsey) is a teenager in remission from cancer, reluctantly sent by her parents to Children Run Free Camp, a summer retreat for young people affected by cancer. There she meets Ella (Ruby Stokes), Jake (Daniel Quinn-Toye), and others who understand in ways her life at home doesn't allow for. It's a film about what happens when you stop running from the thing you went through.
