Rachel and Hannah are that friend duo who make bad decisions look like the best idea you've ever heard, and honestly we would sign up for chaos with them any night of the week. The 2008 setting is doing SO much, flip phones, questionable outfits, that specific brand of suburban boredom that made you do wild things at 2am. There's a chokehold quality to watching two girls who trust each other completely make one reckless call after another. It hits that nostalgic teenage feeling of thinking one night could change everything. What is Lizzzard about?
Rachel (Serin Dunne) and Hannah (Brie Musser) are two teenage best friends stuck in a quiet suburban town in 2008. On one restless night, the girls go looking for anything to shake up the boredom of their everyday routine. They cross paths with two guys, both named Tyler, played by Billy McCormac and Elisha Kempf, and the night takes a series of unpredictable turns. Small choices add up fast as the girls push further than they planned to go before morning. The film takes place entirely within this single, chaotic night in 2008 suburbia.
