Sister duos who bicker their way through a heist and still finish each other's sentences are an automatic yes from us. Willow and Charlotte have that real sibling chemistry where they can be annoyed with each other one second and fully in sync the next. Vegas plus Christmas plus a diamond heist is such a specific, chaotic combo and it works so well. Andrew Koji as the ex MI6 guard adds just enough charm to keep things interesting without stealing focus from the sisters running the whole show. This is the kind of holiday watch you put on when you want fun over anything heavy, and it delivers exactly that.
What is Double Trouble about?
Sisters Willow (Violet McGraw) and Charlotte (Madeleine McGraw) get pulled into a holiday heist while in Vegas, teaming up with ex MI6 guard David, played by Andrew Koji. Their goal is to outsmart a master thief and recover a stolen diamond gauntlet before Christmas Day. Brynne Kurland plays Jackie, another key player caught up in the high stakes scheme. The sisters use their wit and quick thinking to stay one step ahead of the competition throughout the film. Set during the holiday season in Las Vegas, the action moves at a fast, comedic pace as the group races the clock.
