A documentary about a real couple building a band and a relationship at the same time is exactly the kind of love story we did not know we needed. Zella Day letting cameras into her actual first year with Jesse is such a vulnerable thing to do and it shows in every scene. You get real fights, real doubts, and real moments of two people choosing each other even when the pressure is on. It hits different because none of it is scripted, this is their actual life and actual relationship on the line. If you are a sucker for a real love story with a soundtrack attached, this is going to live in your head for a while.
