What is Lovesick about?
Lovesick is a period drama set during the Mexican Revolution and is about Emilia Sauri (Renata Vaca), a woman caught between two relationships while living through a time of intense conflict. Daniel Cuenca (Juan Pablo Fuentes) and Antonio Zavalza (Ivan Amozurrutia) are the two men in Emilia's life, each pulling her in a different direction. As the revolution unfolds around her, Emilia has to weigh her feelings against the demands of survival and loyalty. The series is set against a backdrop of historical upheaval and personal risk.
