What is Something's Gotta Give about?
Aging music executive Harry Sanborn, known for dating younger women, heads to his latest girlfriend's mother's Hamptons beach house. There, he meets successful playwright Erica Barry, who is less than impressed with his lifestyle. When Harry suffers a heart attack and is confined to bed rest at Erica's home, an unexpected connection begins to form between them. This new romantic entanglement is further complicated by Harry's handsome young doctor, Julian. The film explores finding love later in life amidst a charming beach setting.
