Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha follows Yoon Hye-jin, a successful but somewhat rigid dentist from Seoul, who impulsively moves to the charming seaside village of Gongjin after a career setback. There, she encounters Hong Du-sik, the village's beloved jack-of-all-trades who is always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. Despite their wildly different personalities and approaches to life, Hye-jin and Du-sik find themselves continually crossing paths. The series explores their blossoming romance against the backdrop of the quirky, tight-knit community and its endearing residents.
Season 1
Yoon Hye Jin is a woman who has both beauty and brains. Her life plan falls apart because of the tiny bit of righteousness in her heart, and after various obstacles, she moves to the seashore village Gongjin and meets Mr. Hong. Hong Doo Shik is known as Mr. Hong around town. He is unemployed officially, but he is a master of odd jobs who appears to help everyone in Gongjin with any situation they run into.
