What is Cha Garam about?
Irin, fresh out of med school, winds up at a remote tea estate in Sylhet where healthcare is basically just paracetamol. Her friend Mithu, an artist and architecture student, tags along from Dhaka. They meet Nandini, a determined young girl with dreams of becoming a doctor. The trio tackles the tough realities of tea workers' lives while helping Nandini chase her ambitions.
