Master burglar Max Hopper gets an early release from prison and takes on a difficult job. He needs to steal an advanced computer chip from the high-tech IQ Industries headquarters. During his initial attempt, a massive fire breaks out, turning the building into a chaotic inferno. Max finds himself trapped with a few survivors, including the company owner and his soon-to-be ex-wife. He soon realizes that both a corporate secret thief and the person who started the fire are among them, making survival and his mission even harder.
